CLASSES
We like to cater for all ages and abilities here at Massy's Gym.
BODY FIT 6.30pm-7.30pm Tuesday
Each week differs in our body fit class. One week it could be cardio, the next
lower body followed by strength. A mixture of body weight exercises, strength training, HIIT, and circuits.
BOXERCISE 7.00-7.45pm Wednesday
Boxercise is a course we run several times throughout the year, at an additional cost. It is form of exercise based on boxing training and using boxing equipment.
BOUNCE FITNESS
9.00 -9.45am Tuesday
7.45pm-8.30pm Tuesday
6-6.45pm Monday (Holt The Venue)
Bounce Fitness is a favourite at Massy's Gym.
If you want hard work, a fab cardio push, toning up, but amazing fun to uplifting music; Bounce Fitness is for you. Choreographed routines on our mini trampolines will get you sweating and smiling :)
All ages and fitness levels catered for, with low impact options available.
WATER FITNESS - (Held at Morston Swimming Pool)
11am-11.45am Friday
Water Fitness takes moves from a fitness view, and puts them into the water. Slightly more energetic compared to a classic water aerobics class, but just as fun!
